Want a technician that cares?
This is a job where the hard drive had failed. I collected the laptop, replaced the failed drive with a brand new Kingston SSD, Installed Windows 10 with updates, tested, then gave the laptop a thorough clean as I take great pride with my work and always love the look on the customers face when they see that not only is the laptop repaired but it looks shiny new again. That look makes the job all worth while.
