Trade Order Desk for Wix: repeat orders with less repeat work

When a customer already knows what they need, making them open one product page after another adds work to a straightforward order. I've built Trade Order Desk to give those customers a more practical way to shop: choose quantities in one place, check the selection, then continue through the store's usual checkout.
It's the latest Wix app from Insomnia I.T. Systems, and it's now available in the Wix App Market. The idea is simple: repeat orders, with less repeat work.
A clear order grid for familiar products
Trade Order Desk brings products and supported variants into an order grid, with quantities beside each item. A customer can find the products they need and build a selection without repeatedly moving between separate product pages.
Think of a regular buyer replenishing stationery, packaging or workshop supplies. They already have a list in mind. An order grid gives that list a place to take shape, with the current catalogue's prices and availability checked along the way.
Paste a list or bring a CSV
Some customers already keep their requirements in a spreadsheet. Trade Order Desk lets them paste product codes and quantities, or upload a CSV, and review the results before applying the quantities.
That review step matters. A code needs to match an item in the store's catalogue, and the customer should be able to spot a problem before sending a selection to the cart. This is a useful route for customers who know their product codes and for stores that keep those codes clear and consistent.
Private saved lists for returning customers
Signed-in site members can save their own order lists for another visit. A regular buyer can start from a familiar set of products, adjust the quantities and check the current details before adding them to the cart.
Saved lists are private to the member who created them. They are a starting point for the next order: they don't freeze an old price or reserve stock. Prices and availability are checked against the current catalogue when the list is used.
Keep your existing Wix checkout
Once the selection is ready, Trade Order Desk adds it to the Wix cart. The customer continues through the store's existing checkout, where the store's delivery, tax and payment arrangements apply.
The app requires Wix Stores. Its job is to make assembling an order easier. It doesn't introduce customer-specific wholesale prices, trade-account approval, purchase orders or stock reservation. If those are part of your requirements, it's worth checking the full setup before choosing an app.
Who is it for?
I designed Trade Order Desk for stores where customers regularly buy several familiar items, and for website designers who want to offer those customers a clearer ordering page. It can sit alongside the store's existing shopping experience, giving repeat buyers another route to the same cart.
The most useful test is to try it with your own catalogue and a typical customer's list. Check the product codes, variants and quantities that matter to your business, then follow the selection through to your cart.
Try Trade Order Desk
There's a 14-day free trial. The subscription is US$19.99 per month or US$192 per year; Wix displays local pricing and any applicable taxes at checkout.
